We would like to thank Venture Outdoor and particularly Shane and his apprentice Owen. They have just replaced 6 steel posts at the front of our house that were rusting at the bottoms of each post and some had holes. The Venture Outdoor team braced the area, removed each post (and they were not easy to remove as the builder had wielded them to the metal beam), correctly installed the new hot dip galvanised, powder coated posts, replaced the paving and cleaned up. We are very happy with the work that Shane and Owen have done.

Just had 9 steel patio posts replaced as they had rusted through at ground level .Kris came out and did a site inspection and assured me it was not a problem to fix .Shane did the job, was brilliant, so well organised, had everything to do the job on hand , removing the old posts and all the old concrete, fitting the new posts ,replacing the pavers, taking all rubbish away and sweeping the patio . Very efficient and polite. A job well done guys.

Great service & literally half the cost of the nearest quote I received for patio repairs, the tradie showed up right on time, he was polite, friendly and cleaned up the entire area after he had finished, patio roof now looks the goods again & will be completely waterproof for winter, would definitely recommend to anyone! cheers guys 👍.

What a fantastic customer experience I had with Venture Outdoor. From the moment I committed to getting the Patio 13/1 it was installed 3/2. Very fast turn around. Kris and team were able to replace our existing steel patio posts at short notice. They were rusted through at the base. We had custom blinds attached to the posts so were concerned with replacing the posts and blinds still reattaching correctly. The guys were fast, clean, professional and did an amazing job. Blinds attached like they were never detached. Very happy with the service and results. Thanks again!

Kris and his band of merry men have done a few jobs for me. They paved my new pool area and put up a pool fence which exceeded my expectations. Other jobs that have been done include a 6 meter double gate, new skylight panels for my shed and a new shade panel on the end of patio.
